Our Team
Isaac Dozor
Owner of Executive Home Care Saddleback Valley, CA
Meet Isaac Dozor, a dedicated community servant and the proud founder of Executive Home Care of Saddleback Valley, serving the residents of Orange County. As the eldest child in a family raised in the scenic hills of Northern California, Isaac was inspired by his parents, both doctors, to prioritize compassion and responsibility in caring for others. From a young age, he took on the role of caretaker for his younger siblings, animals, and anyone in need, with kindness at the core of his upbringing.
Isaac’s journey into home care began early; his mother battled a severe form of Multiple Sclerosis, requiring home care throughout his formative years. This experience profoundly shaped his understanding of the critical role caregivers play—not just in the lives of those they serve, but also in supporting their families.
After graduating high school, Isaac attended UC Davis, where he met his wife, Sarah. Upon graduating, they relocated to Orange County, where Isaac embarked on a successful career in real estate. Together, they have three daughters and two spirited dogs, and Isaac enjoys coaching their sports teams and being an engaged, hands-on father.
The COVID-19 pandemic ignited a desire in Isaac to make a more significant impact in his community. Drawing on his real estate expertise, he began exploring assisted living facilities, only to realize that many individuals wished to remain in the comfort of their own homes. Inspired by this revelation, Isaac decided to bring quality care directly to those who needed it most.
Today, Isaac proudly offers a range of services, from companion care to around-the-clock in-home support. Each caregiver undergoes a thorough background check and extensive training to ensure they meet both State and Federal requirements, all while delivering the highest standard of care to clients and their families.
Carmen Lai
Executive Director of Executive Home Care Saddleback Valley, CA
Carmen Lai has over 15 years of experience in healthcare management and home care services. As the Executive Director of Executive Home Care, she leads strategic operations, staff development, and care management to ensure clients receive the highest quality service. Carmen is dedicated to creating a culture of excellence and empathy within the organization, making Executive Home Care a trusted partner for families.
Prior to her current role, Carmen managed skilled nursing facilities, worked in property management, and served as a behavioral therapist for children and an educator for adults and families with intellectual disabilities. Her diverse experience gives her a unique perspective and strong client advocacy skills. Carmen’s focus on empathy and innovation drives her commitment to improving clients’ lives through compassionate and professional care.
